Jern Yao builds multi-station formers that do both: the precision of the big names and a price that pays off in the piece price. More than 5,300 machines in over 40 countries run on this principle; component machining, assembly and electrics are made entirely in-house in Tainan.
The backbone are the JBF bolt formers, grown up three- and four-die as the answer to the American Boltmaker: the bread-and-butter machines of the fastener plants. At the top stand the JBP long-stroke and JNP short-stroke formers with up to seven dies and 930 tonnes of forging force, built for the complex formed part.
For the German-speaking market, Hans Moehling represents the works exclusively: consulting, project engineering, spare parts and technical clarification — in a direct channel to Tainan.
From the two-die screw blank to the seven-die formed part: each series covers its field in finely graduated machine sizes, metrically engineered throughout.
| Series | Dies | Cut-off Ø | Product range | Stroke rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JBFBolt Formers | 2–6 | 3–42 mm | M3–M30, cut-off length up to 480 mm | up to 300 min−1 |
| JBP · JNP · JPFParts Formers | 5–7 | 7–45 mm | Cut-off length up to 450 mm, forging force up to 930 t | up to 320 min−1 |
| JNF · JNL · JNFP · JNFRNut Formers | 5–6 | 8–46 mm | M3–M33, long-stroke versions available | up to 450 min−1 |
Project engineering and quotation, technical clarification without detours: enquiries go straight from here to the design office in Tainan, answers come back verified. Spare parts and service cases run the same path, coordinated from one hand. The mandate is the German-speaking world; whoever finds the way here from elsewhere is not turned away.
The connection goes back to 1982: Moehling brought these machines, then still under the name Tung Kuang, to Europe and accompanied their way to today’s maturity. That work is carried on here.
